Solid wood composite door – as the name suggests, there are solid wood and composite. Solid wood refers to the frame structure of the wooden door, that is, 2 vertical doors on each side. The crossbar heads are all made of solid wood. Composite refers to the door core panel, which is the core panel held down by small buckles.

What kind of solid wood is solid wood? Gada in Harbin), because this kind of solid wood is relatively easy to obtain and has relatively stable wood properties (usually finger-jointed, not easy to crack, and very cheap), but it is also solid wood, and its advantages are: strong and environmental protection.

The composite position is the door core board and small buckle wire. Most core boards are made of MDF boards, eh? What a foreign name. What kind of material is this? It’s actually what everyone calls density board, also called fiberboard or medium fiber board. Its composition is roughly made of crushed sawdust and glue pressed at high temperature. Its advantages are: cheap price, stable performance, flat and smooth surface, suitable for skinning or enamel color.

But, I want to draw the key points… As mentioned before, you must find a reliable factory. There are also three, six, and nine types of density boards.Etc., if you require high quality and environmental protection, then you must ask the merchant to use E0 grade (international environmental protection standards). Cheap density boards can make the door-to-door masters pee in a hurry, because the poor-quality ones contain not only sawdust, but also stones, plastics and various metals that you can’t think of. The price of E0 density board is almost the same as ordinary one.

There is also a composite material called Austrian pine board. The color of the board is yellow and the price is more expensive than the density board. A piece of 2440*1200 costs tens of dollars. Austrian pine board still has advantages in environmental protection and processing, and workers will be able to cut smoothly. Usually only friends need wooden doors for decoration, and I will inform them and use Austrian pine board as the core board. Usually stores and decoration companies use E0 density boards. In summary, if you choose density board, you must ask the merchant to use E0 level (find a reliable factory). If the requirements are higher, use E0 Austrian pine board.

Then there is another place where composite materials are used, which is around the door.

Huh? You asked again, isn\’t the door side made of solid wood? Why is it composite? This composite is required for the process. A layer of 6mm density board/Ospine board is pressed on the edge of the solid wood door. The thickness of the finished door in our factory is 45mm. The solid wood edge is about 33mm. On the other side, a layer of 6mm density board is pressed. Do this The wooden door will be more stable, less likely to crack, and the surface will be smooth and flat after painting.
