Tools required:

1. Tape Measurement – The production of the regular ruler, and it must be calibrated before the first use.

2. Measurement Book – Use standard measurement book to facilitate recording of numbers.

3. Measuring service card – provides instructions for rectification of the squeegee construction site and provides a basis for after-sales.

4. Record number pencil—Read the site mark to measure the location and brief the situation.

Size to perform actions:

1. Check product information—Click on the measurement book to list the width, height, thickness and direction of the door. Fill in the measurement data under the corresponding information.

2. Check the standard of the hole entrance – Check the wall, the horizontal and verticality of the hole entrance, the error is ≤15MM, especially the extremely narrow sleeve line. The hole entrance must be trimmed, otherwise it will affect the installation.

3. It is reasonable to check the size of the door fan – the bedroom door must ensure that the pass width is 800MM or more and the height is 2100MM or more ;The kitchen has a width of 750-900MM or above, and a height of 2100MM or above. Otherwise, the refrigerator may not be able to enter. The traffic width of the living room is 650-850MM or above, and the height of 2100MM or above.

4. Photo record – Photographing is to facilitate the special circumstances, the design and layout of the plan, as well as the impact or avoidance of the on-site decoration and design. In particular, there are a large number of protective boards, you must take pictures. Ignore key issues when designing a plan.

Scheme design discussion:

1. Special hole treatment

(1) The height of the hole is inconsistent – the height of the door is different, which will cause the height of the product to be unconsistent after the product is installed, which will affect the aesthetic coordination. You must communicate with the owner and it is recommended that the height of the entrance be built to a unified height. If the owner does not If you want to make changes, you must leave a certificate to avoid any trouble after encountering the customer\’s inquiries.

(2) Problem of diagonal at the opening – Horizontal cushion can detect whether the opening is vertical, and can be adjusted by filling the hole with ash, trimming the woodworking board or smashing the wall.

(3) No stacking/no stacking is not enough – there must be stacking at both sides of the hole, otherwise the sleeve line will be cut off on the side where there is no stacking or the stacking is not enough, which will affect the beauty.

(4)Set-line clamping standard (minimum stacking requirements) – Verify the minimum stacking size to ensure the integrity of the door sleeve; the size of the door can be controlled by the maximum range

2. Maintain the wall panel closing—Generally, the 45-splicing metal wire strip is used at the closing angle. Close the mouth, or splicing the begonia corners.

3. Gear cabinet connection – Customized clothes cabinet and kicking joint, styling protective wall and tress combination should be paid attention to the effect after completion.

4. Solution design – note the socket and the opening position, especially the shaped protective panel.
