There are four main safety devices for industrial lifting doors, namely spring break protection devices, airbag induction devices, wire rope break protection devices, and infrared radiation safety devices (optional).

(1) Spring breakage protection device

The torsion spring is the balance system of the industrial lifting door. Controls the door body to remain parallel when running up and down. If the spring breaks accidentally, the balance of the industrial door body will be destroyed, causing the door body to fall and a major accident to occur. This device can block the balance shaft when the spring breaks, thereby preventing the door body from falling.

(2) Steel wire rope breakage protection device

Generally speaking, the steel wire rope will not break. However, the disc may come off. After the disc is removed, the wire rope will become loose. In the event of such a situation, the wire rope breakage protection device will clamp the side rails of the industrial door to prevent the door body from falling and avoid safety accidents.

(3) Airbag sensor device

Safety airbags are generally installed at the lower edge of the door body of Huaxia Door Network\’s industrial doors. The airbags are usually in a saturated state. During the closing process of the door body, once an obstacle is encountered, excessive pressure will cause all the gas in the airbag to be absorbed. Squeeze it out, and the door body of the industrial sliding door will immediately rebound and move upward under the action of the device to prevent obstacles from being caught and causing accidents.

(4) Infrared radiation safety device (optional)

In industrial sliding doors There will be a set of infrared beams on the body, emitting an infrared beam. When the door body runs downward, if it is blocked by obstacles, the beam cannot be connected in a straight line, and the safety protection system will issue instructions to make the door The body automatically rebounds and runs upward until it returns to the open state.
