A man used a slingshot to smash the glass door of a shop in the middle of the night because his colleagues slandered his shop’s food as not being fresh.

On December 18, reporters learned from the Chengdu Pengzhou Public Security Bureau that recently, the Mengyang Police Station of the bureau received a call from citizens claiming that the glass door of their shop suddenly shattered, and it was suspected of vandalism. After receiving the call, the police investigated and collected relevant evidence and quickly identified the suspect Chen. Surveillance video showed that at about 2 a.m. that day, Chen drove a battery car to the door of the store and stopped, took out the slingshot he carried with him, and shot at the glass door of the store, causing the glass door to shatter instantly. According to Chen\’s account, he did this because the other party slandered the food in his store as not being fresh.
