The final is oven paint, and the aluminium door uses 220° high-temperature paint. The commonly used car paint is 160-180 degrees, because cars are generally iron-based, chemically active, and the aluminium is more inertia. To achieve the same effect of the aluminium material and paint, a higher temperature is required. The standard is 200-230 degrees. We chose 220 degrees. On the market, 50 degrees are also said to be painted, 100 degrees are also said to be painted, and 300 degrees are also said to be painted. The lower the paint, the better, nor the higher the better. The temperature is the best adhesion at the standard value!
Note: The paint of aluminium door is baked multiple times, because the paint of our paint usually has 4-6 layers, which is slightly different depending on the color system. Only after baking multiple times can the finished product of the glossy aluminium door appear~
