First you need to prepare a cotton thread, and then under the main trunk of the sliding door, you will find two tubes. Pull a cotton thread on each end of the tube, so that the basic position can be determined. Generally, the motor rack will be equipped with three screws, and you need to tighten them in the holes. This will fix the position. After this, change the vertical bisector of the cotton sliver you just placed near the rack to a parallel state. In this way, its basic spot welding position can be determined. Then you just use electric welding to fix the screw and nut.

However, this method requires a bit of a carpenter\’s hanging method. Generally, a level is now used to measure the position, and the accuracy is obviously much higher. However, it should be noted that the level must also be placed on the vertical line of the main material.

After you have straightened the rack, you will need to spot weld the nut and screw. If there are no mistakes in the process, your rack has been installed.

But this is not the end, because we have just learned how to install the gear, and it is also important to adjust the installation accuracy of the rack. It must be noted that the horizontal offset cannot be greater than 0.05/1000mm, and that careful welding must be performed around the rack screw.
