1. How to choose an operating system? (windows version)

The currently popular Windows versions are: Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11. Northwest and East are more inclined to Windows 10. Windows 7 has better compatibility with games. Windows 10 is relatively stable. Windows 11 has not been updated yet, so I won’t do it. Narration, this time we will take Windows 10 as an example to explain how to install the Windows system (the installation method for other versions is similar).

2. Install the original version or the ghost version?

These two versions have their own differences Advantages: The ghost version has been streamlined, optimized and installed with some programs, making it more suitable for novices to install; the original image has the functions of the full version, without integrated software, and is more pure. People east of the northwest prefer to install the original image. Let’s take the image as an example today. Follow me to install it step by step

1. Make a system disk

There are two ways to create a system disk.Optical discs or U disks, optical disc burners are rare on the market, so we will explain them with U disks.

2. Install the system

(1) Insert the prepared U disk (8G) into the computer, start UltraISO, file-open the image file that needs to be installed, start-write the hard disk image, select the U disk, and click \”Write\” \”The system USB disk will be created. In about 15 minutes, \”Writing successful\” will be prompted, and the system disk creation is completed.

(2) Insert the prepared USB system disk into the computer, turn it on, and then press F12 to select the startup item. If it is not F12, please refer to the old machine resurrection notes to set the shortcut key for the startup item. Choose us The prepared system disk will generally be displayed with the name of the USB disk brand in the list. It is recommended to choose the boot method starting with UEFI.

(3), the computer will automatically load us Prepared system disk.

(4) ,System installation interface, here you need to choose the installation language, time and currency format, keyboard and input method, etc., because we downloaded it directly Simplified Chinese image, so by default, click Next.

(5) , select Install now, and the installation program will start.

(6) , and then we need to choose the version we want to install, education version, enterprise version, professional version, etc. It is recommended to choose the professional version directly.

(7). Select the installation type. Here you can see that there are two types: upgrade and customization. method, let’s choose Custom for a new installation

(8). Select the installation location of our operating system, that is, specify our C drive. If the C drive originally exists or you are very clear which drive is the C drive, click directly, and then select format below. Uninstall the original operating system, and then Install on a drive. If it is a new hard drive, we can easily divide the drive by creating a new one. It is recommended that the size of the C drive be set to 80GB or more. Then select the C drive we just set and click Next to start the installation.

(9) The installation time is determined by the performance of the hard disk, usually about ten minutes. After the installation is completed, the system will automatically restart. At this time, we can unplug the USB disk.

(10) , after restarting, some system startup and service preparations will be automatically carried out. During this period, it will restart many times. Just ignore it and wait.

(11) , after the system completes the automatic settings and preparations, we begin to need to make some personalized settings. First, select the area. Needless to say, we know what to choose. Select the keyboard layout, we choose Microsoft Pinyin by default, and then take the next step. At this time we are connected to the InternetThe network system will undergo some updates, please wait a moment. Then set up the account. After setting these, Windows will set up the operating system based on all the operations you have done before

Go to this system The installation is over. Because it is the original operating system, you need to activate the system. If possible, please support the original version, and then install what you need.Software, make some settings, etc. Various drivers required for computer hardware will be automatically installed through updates in Windows 10. It is very convenient and you no longer need to download and install it yourself.
