When the two-wing revolving door does not rotate during use, there may be a few points that need attention:

1. Is the revolving door powered?

2. Whether the emergency stop button is pressed.

3. Is the anti-pinch sensor of the turnstile defective?

4. Is there dust or foreign matter on the anti-collision through-beam sensor that causes the through-beam sensor to fail to match?

5. Is the swing door closed tightly?

6. Is there any debris covering the track?

When the revolving door has a normal rotation failure, there may be several reasons as follows:

1 Check whether the touch screen function mode is correct.

2 Whether the slow button inside and outside the revolving door is pressed There is no pop-up.

3. Is there a slow-speed through-beam sensor? Dust or foreign matter causes the through-beam sensor to malfunction.

When the revolving door fails Time:

1, There is no power in the revolving door. First check whether the 220V power supply is powered on. Then check the 10A fuse in the power jack on the fixed small control panel and large control box. Use a multimeter to measure whether it is burned out. The above two points of inspection are normal. First, measure whether the slip ring line is connected. (You need to contact the manufacturer to measure the slip ring)

2. The revolving door has anti-pinch sensors in both rotating and fixed parts. When the rotating part sensor has no power, check whether the 24V power board in the large control box is damaged or the insurance fails.6A.

3. Check the touch screen display if the revolving door does not turn. Whether the operation display is normal, whether the operating touch screen is in the door lock state, and whether the touch screen display is normal. If the door does not rotate, it may be that the inverter is protected. You need to cut off the power for 4-5 minutes and then restore the power. (It is normal for the inverter display to display three zeros)

4. Solution to the fault code on the touch screen. If a fault is displayed on the touch screen, call the professional manufacturer of the revolving door in time.
