According to Ms. Zhang, on March 12, 2016, she purchased two original wooden doors at the Heji Store in Xiyingmen Fancheng, Changsha, and paid the full price of 6,000 yuan on the spot. After installation, Ms. Zhang found that the installed original wooden door had a strong pungent smell and the packaging was irregular. Ms. Zhang obtained the contact information of the manufacturer through consultation. She described the characteristics of the original wooden door she purchased to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer confirmed that it was not an authentic Heji door. Ms. Zhang said: \”After the installation, I communicated with the manufacturer, and finally the manufacturer confirmed that what I bought was not their brand but a fake.\” Ms. Zhang subsequently communicated with the person in charge of the Xiyingmen Fancheng store many times. I asked for a return, but was rejected, so I posted a complaint to the \”Consumer Rights Protection\” channel on the red website.
