Electric doors are common equipment in industrial systems. They cooperate with DCS and PLC and are easy and flexible to operate. However, there will also be faults of one kind or another. Here are some of the more common faults. Analyze it and find a simple way to deal with it.

1. The electric door cannot be opened or closed

The electric door cannot be opened or closed. First, go to the electric door control cabinet, whether it is integrated or a separate operation cabinet, and check whether the A1B control power supply has power. On the one hand, it is a power trip and cannot be checked. Power supply, on the other hand, the torque switch of the electric door acts, or the torque switch is broken, the A25 yellow indicator light will light up. When this happens, turn on the power supply A12 or turn off the power supply A42. If the power is not measured, readjust the torque switch and select the appropriate one. forceTorque, under normal circumstances, the opening torque is 1-1.5 times larger than the closing torque, just release the torque switch. If the torque switch is broken, replace it and use a multimeter to measure it.

Secondly, the motor is damaged. At this time, it is necessary to cut off the power and use a multimeter to measure whether the three-phase resistance of the motor is balanced. If the surface of the motor is hot, the three-phase resistance has a large deviation, or even If only two equal conditions can be measured, it is judged that the motor is damaged and must Replace the motor with the same model. After replacing the motor, you must determine that the phase is the same as before, so that the motor replacement is successful. Note that when determining the motor phase, you must manually turn the electric door to the middle position before it can be opened or closed to avoid The motor is damaged again, the electric door is over-opened or closed, etc.

2. The electric head is turning when opening and closing, but the valve does not move

This situation is relatively rare, but generally the connection between the electric head and the valve is damaged. It is usually made of copper material and cannot rotate for a long time, or there is a problem with the original installation. The wire mouth is damaged. When this happens, disconnect the electric head from the valve and operate the electric head alone. As long as the electric head rotates normally, it can be basically concluded that it is a flexible problem, and it only needs to be replaced.

3. The electric door cannot be operated in DCS, but can be operated locally

This problem has two aspects. On the one hand, it is a relatively simple problem. The problem that novices easily encounter is that there is a transfer switch on the local operation cabinet. The switch has two directions to choose from, remote and local. Turn the switch to the remote position and you can operate in the DCS. , on the other hand, it is more complicated. There may be a problem with the DCS card. In this case, check whether the card channel is intact and whether there is a problem with the output relay. If there is a problem with the card, replace the card. If there is a problem with the relay, replace the relay until Problem solved.

There are also some more complex and cumbersome problems, such as damage to the internal transmission mechanism of the electric door, etc., which I will not analyze one by one. When you encounter these problems that cannot be solved, choose to replace the electric head with a new one to ensure The electric door operates normally.
