By converting the pneumatic doors of old models into electric doors, it can be better combined with the intelligent operation and maintenance system to achieve real-time monitoring and accurate dispatch of train door status.
This transformation project is led by the Technical Management Department of the Maintenance Vehicle Branch and works closely with the project engineering department and suppliers. However, modifications to vintage car doors are not always smooth sailing. During the actual modification process, the vehicle debugging personnel gave full play to their wisdom and professional knowledge to overcome various technical difficulties, and constantly used their wisdom and knowledge to overcome various difficulties encountered during the modification.
During the first circuit transformation process, the debugger After research, they found that the zero-speed signal of the door controller did not match the original car, causing the door to fail to open normally. By modifying the design, the zero-speed normally open contact was changed to normally closed. The problem of not being able to open the door properly was solved. Later, during the installation of hardware equipment, employees also encountered the problem of interference with the air pipeline in the passenger room. In collaboration with the overhaul contractor and the Connie manufacturer, we conducted a detailed investigation of the direction of the original car door pipes and proposed an improvement plan. At the same time, on the premise of ensuring that the relevant gas lines were not affected, we changed the original car fixing blocks and passed the inspection. The problem of equipment installation and gas pipeline interference was successfully solved by removing some useless pipelines and changing the direction of some pipelines.
The advantages of electric doors in train operation are mainly reflected in two aspects. First, the original pneumatic door is used in train operation, the execution component is a cylinder, and the compressed air of the entire vehicle is required Supply. This demand increases the pressure consumption of the vehicle\’s air supply and puts a certain amount of pressure on the normal operation of the air compressor. To solve the hidden problems and hidden dangers, the vehicle branch decided to transform the old pneumatic door into an electric door. This transformation not only reduces the demand for the vehicle\’s air supply, but also slows down the pressure consumption of the vehicle\’s air supply when the air compressor is working.
