First: Understand the site. If the ground cement is thin, trenches must be dug and cement poured to fix the gantry. For thicker ground, directly determine the position of the gantry and fix it with pull-out screws.
Second: Put the gantry with wheels into the gantry first, and then conduct horizontal debugging where the positions of each gantry are determined. Just like installing telephone poles, several gantry frames should be kept straight and level from left to right and front to back.
Third: See two magnetic rods behind the gantry with motor, namely the opening limit magnet rod and the closing limit magnetic rod. Close the door completely, determine the position of the closing limit magnet, and install it. Then fully open the door, determine the position of the door-opening limit magnet, and install it.
Fourth: Connect the power supply and check whether the various functions of the product are operating normally.
Fifth: Clean up the garbage after installation and listen to customers’ satisfaction with products and services. And put forward suggestions for daily maintenance (regular oiling of this wheel, disposal of debris behind the door body, etc.)
