1. Before installation

– Check the product: Carefully check whether the model and size of the suspended push and pull door are consistent with the order, check whether the door has no bumps or damage, whether the glass is broken, and whether the hardware accessories are complete.

– Confirm installation conditions: Make sure that the walls and ground of the security installation position are flat, the vertical difference between the walls is no more than 5 mm, and the horizontal difference between the ground is no more than 3 mm, to ensure the installation accuracy and smooth use of the door.

2. Installation

– Track installation: Determine the track length according to the width of the door and cut it. Use a horizontal meter to ensure the track installation level. The height difference between the two ends of the track does not exceed 2 mm, otherwise it will affect the push and pull of the door. Use expansion screws or self-tapping screws to firmly fix the track to the ceiling or load-bearing beams, and the spacing between the screws is 30-50 cm.

– Door installation: First install the slider in the reserved hole position on the top of the door fan to ensure that the slider is installed firmly and flexible. Then lift the door fan to snap into the track, adjust the position of the door fan, ensure that the door fan is perpendicular to the track, and the gap between the left and right is even, generally the gap is 5-8 mm.

– Hardware installation: When installing the handle, the horizontal and height should be appropriate for easy use. Generally, the center of the handle is 1.0-1.2 meters away from the ground. When installing the locking tool, make sure that the locking tongue and the locking buckle are in good condition and are turned on smoothly.

3. Install

– Test inspection: Reverse the push-pull door fan, check whether it is slippery, and there are no jamming, abnormal or detachment. Check whether the door fan is well sealed after closing, and there is no gap too large.

– Clean and protect: Clean the dust and fog generated during installation, wipe the door and duct with a scattered soft to keep it clean. Protect the door surface and attach a protective film to prevent damage or damage during subsequent decoration.
