1. Installation tools

1. Assemble door pockets

(1) Combination door pockets Plate: According to the thickness of the wall, adjust the width of the corresponding door cover plate. Use 25mm self-tapping screws on the back of the door cover plate to fasten the opening plate and the adjustment plate. The distance between the screws should be no more than 250mm. The gap between the mouth plate and the adjustment plate should be less than 0.2mm.

(2) Saw the top of the assembled vertical sleeve into the same plane, and make an angle of 90° with the vertical sleeve.

(3) Saw a notch on the top of the vertical sleeve board. The position and size of the notch must meet the specifications. The protruding door block of the top cover plate must be cut straight and smooth with a flat file, and there must be no burrs.

(4) Combine the top plate of the door cover with the vertical plate, press the cover of the top cover plate onto the vertical cover plate, and insert the protruding door block part of the top cover plate into the concave part of the cutting saw of the vertical cover plate. For the lower part, use three or four 40mm wood screws at both ends. The opening should be on the same plane. The gap between the vertical cover plate and the top cover plate on the inside of the door cover should be less than 0.2mm. The decking must be at 90°. The inner dimensions of the door pocket are as follows: width is door leaf width + 7mm, height is door leaf height + 13mm.

2. Install door frames

(1) Use an electric hammer to drill two rows of holes (slightly tilted inwards) at a distance of 300mm, and use wooden needles of corresponding sizes to hammer in and fill them in.

(2) Securely assemble the holes. The door cover is put into the door opening as a whole, using Roughly fasten the small wooden strips around the door frame. Both sides of the door frame should be on the same plane as the wall. Then check whether the door frame is perpendicular to the ground and whether the two angles between the top plate of the door frame and the two vertical boards are 90°. /p>

(3) Use a speed-adjustable electric drill (4.2mm drill bit) to guide holes in the door cover, and then use 60mm iron nails to fix the upper door cover to the wall. After determining the size of the mining opening, fix the other side of the door cover and For the top cover plate, the two diagonal errors should be less than 2mm. Since there is a gap between the door cover and the wall, small wooden strips and foam glue can be used to fill it to make the connection between the door cover and the wall more solid.

3. Install door locks

(1) Open the hinge slot and unlock the lock hole. Be careful not to damage the topcoat of the door and other parts of the door cover during operation.

(2) To install the door leaf with a hinge, first tighten a screw on the upper and lower sides of the hinge, then close the door and check whether the gaps are consistent and whether the opening is flexible. After confirming that everything is correct, tighten other screws. It is strictly prohibited to drive the screws directly into the door leaf or door cover.

(3) Install the door lock. Install the door lock to the corresponding position. The height of the lock position from the ground is generally 900-1000mm. After installation, check whether the door leaf and door lock are flexible and whether the gap is in compliance with the specifications.

4. Install the door cover wire

Cut the door cover wire with right-angled edges into 45 ° Bevel angle, use a woodworking planer to grind and trim, insert the right-angled edge into the door pocket groove, and use floor glue to stick the door pocket line and door pocket board firmly.

5. Install the door catch at the corresponding position
