1. Draw lines: Connect the dimensions required by the design and draw the position line of the door frame opening.

2. Vertical door frame: The width of the fireproof frame is preferably 20mm smaller than the opening size, and the height is reduced by 10mm. If there is no lower sill fireproof frame, add 30mm pre-embedded below, that is, the height of the fireproof frame with lower sill is 10mm smaller than the opening. , without a lower sill fireproof frame, the frame height is 20mm higher than the opening (including 30mm pre-embedded), with a lower sill fireproof frame should be distinguished between upper and lower, the one with the shorter distance between the hinge hole and the frame section is the upper one.

Fix the connecting iron on the door frame, then find the front door frame, and weld the connecting iron and the embedded iron on the door frame firmly. After the inspection is correct, use 200# fine stone concrete to fill the gap between the door frame and the opening, cover the frame opening and apply grout according to the construction requirements.

3. When installing the door leaf, ensure that the top seam and side seam are even and the gap is less than or equal to 3mm. Requirements: When the door is closed, the door seams should be even and smooth, open easily and without excessive tightness, looseness or rebound.

Door frames and door leaves should be kept clean during the installation process. After the opening is painted, if it is a fire-proof industrial door that is spray-painted, fire-proof paint should be applied twice more. If it is a fire-resistant industrial door sprayed with plastic, the sticker on the door frame must be removed and wiped clean with clean water, and finally a fire-resistant adhesive strip should be glued to the frame mouth.
