1. Verify the size of the door opening

2. Install auxiliary rails

The size of the auxiliary rail should be 70mm larger than the length of the door panel. Pay attention to the verticality when installing.

3. Fixed track. Be sure to pay attention to the slope when installing the track. The track must be inclined 25px for every 1 meter the door opening rises. The distance between the bottom track and the wall should be 50mm, the track joints should be aligned, and the auxiliary rail and L angle connection should be fixed with M8 carriage bolts and flange nuts. The L angle for fixation is made of porous angle iron, and the fixation must be firm.

4. Place the torsion spring center bracket, nylon rubber ring, fixed flange, torsion spring that matches the weight of the door body, locking flange, rope pulley, and bearing bracket in order (distinguish the left and right sides ) onto the central shaft tube, and pay attention to whether all components are installed correctly.

5. Install the door panel.

Find the first board. There is a square tube at the bottom of this board. The iron lining inside the door panel is also large. It is used to fix the anti-breakage device. Generally, the door panel is marked with bottom or 1. After finding it, install the bottom seal on the groove side of the bottom plate, anti-break knives on both sides, and fix it with M5.5 drill tail. The bottom seal is fixed with 5-diameter rivets. Tilt the door panel and install the roller. Press the anti-break knife and slowly flatten it so that the blade is stuck on the track. Use a leveling instrument to find the level so that both sides of the door panel are consistent. Use a mat to pad the door panel. Flat, start installing the large hinges on both sides, and install the door panels in sequence. Pay attention to the connection gap on the front when fixing. After the fixation is completed, divide the small hinges in the middle equally.

6. Strengthen the torsion spring.

Put one end of the wire rope ring on the bottom wheel and the hook shaft of the bottom wheel bracket. Apply force to the torsion spring according to the specified force table. Do not exceed or be less than half a turn of the specified number of turns. , pin the steel rod, and hang the other end of the wire ropeOn the reel, tighten the wire rope, lock the reel, then lock the locking flange, and remove the pinned steel rod.

To reduce the tension on the screws due to the weight of the door curtain and prevent the first curtain panel from breaking.

3. The strength problem of the industrial lifting door transmission device and the strength of the rolling shutter shaft. The strength of the rolling shutter shaft is also an important parameter of the rolling shutter door. Currently, there are many products with unqualified strength, which seriously affects the Use of industrial lifting doors. The structure of the rolling shutter shaft mainly refers to the depth and structure of the shaft heads at both ends of the rolling shutter shaft inserted into the steel pipe. The depth of the shaft head plug should be about 1/10 of the shaft length, and there should be two flanges and sufficient welds.

4. Problems with fire-proof electric control boxes, smoke and temperature sensors, and national standards for fire temperature control and door closing.
