The second question is to ask the merchant, is the door cover line made of solid wood or density board? Choose solid wood that is load-bearing and not easily deformed.

Thirdly, the fillings for wooden doors include honeycomb paper density board, bridge dynamic board and solid wood square. If the honeycomb paper filling is not selected, the quality will be poor and there will be no sound insulation. Do not choose density boards and bridge dynamics boards, as the amount of glue used for filling is large and not environmentally friendly. Choose solid wood with a filling of more than 75%.

Fourth, choose stainless steel sub-assemblies. The hinge thickness should be 3 mm. If you do not choose 2.5 mm, at least 3 mm should be installed. A hinge ensures that the door leaf is firmly installed.
