Use S7-200 PLC realizes the control of a semi-automatic garage door. The garage door only has two upper and lower limit switches to detect whether the door is opened to the position. There is a manual door opening button SB1 inside the garage; there is a manual door closing button SB2 outside the garage. Used to control the opening and closing of the rolling shutter door when leaving the vehicle. The rolling shutter motor is required to be equipped with a frequency converter protection function.

Input point: I0.0 car light signal, I0.1 garage door open Limit, I0.2 garage door closing limit, I0.3 parking limit limit

I0 .4 Manual door opening button I0.5 manual door closing button

Output point: Q0.0-0.1 door opening speed selection, Q0. 2-0.3 Closing speed selection, Q0.4-0.5 opening and closing indicator lights

The control functions implemented by programming are as follows:

1) When the car comes to the door, the lights flash 3 times. Sensor After receiving 3 on/off signals (note: use a button instead of the light flash count), the garage door will automatically open upward after a delay of 5 seconds and the door opening indicator light will turn on when the door rolls up and hits the upper limit switch. SQ1 door stops running and the door opening indicator light goes out.

2) The car enters the garage and the parking space sensor detects that the car is parked in place (Note: Use the positioning button instead of the car in place signal), delay 5 The door automatically closes in seconds and the door close indicator light turns on. When the door moves down and hits the lower limit switch SQ2, the doors are all closed and the door close indicator light goes out.
