2. The sensor is defective and has rebound phenomenon. Replace the sensor.

6. The door does not fully open

Set in half-open mode: Check the full/half-open switch on the remote control to switch to full-open mode.

7. Door leaf shaking

Starting torque setting error: Set starting torque.

8. There are abnormal noises during door operation

1. Check whether there is dirt in the track
