The subjective observation score of this Shenzhen-Australia-China visual smart door lock comparison test is divided into two parts.

Part One

20 evaluators were publicly collected to test 15 smart door locksFace recognition rejection rate and fingerprint recognition rejection rate.

Part 2

The laboratory engineer will call the official after-sales service hotline to report door-to-door maintenance service,Test how often maintenance personnel come to your home for maintenance.

PART 01

Which brand has better face and fingerprint recognition?

Face and fingerprint rejection rate refers to the probability that consumers cannot recognize and unlock normally when they use face and fingerprint unlocking at home. The higher the rejection rate, the better The door lock is more likely to fail to unlock.

A total of 20 adult consumers were recruited for this evaluation. Each consumer conducted facial recognition and fingerprint recognition on 15 smart door lock samples 10 times in the same indoor environment. Recognize 10 times and record the number of failed unlocking attempts with the entered fingerprint and face. Each smart door lock needs to go through 200 face unlocks and 200 fingerprint unlocks.

Face recognition rejects authenticity Rate

Test results:

The face recognition rejection rate of the 15 smart door lock samples is within 5% (failure times 10 times), including Inshuo, Huawei, Xiaomi, Haier, Deschmann, EZVIZ, and TCL brand samples. All successfully unlocked more than 190 times. Among them, Yinshuo brand sample failed 0 times (successfully unlocked 200 times), showing excellent performance.

Fingerprint recognition rejection rate

Test results:

The fingerprint recognition rejection rate of the 15 smart door lock samples is within 5% (the number of failures is 10 times), including Haier, Cadiz, Huawei, Inshuo, Lucker, Deschmann, and EZVIZ brand samples. All successfully unlocked more than 190 times.

Among them, Haier and Caddis brand samples have 0 failed attempts (200 successful unlocks), showing excellent performance.

Which brand has better after-sales service?

After-sales service Response timeandThe timeliness of door-to-door maintenance services refers to the situation where a simulated consumer is trapped outside the door and cannot open the door lock using any method (including mechanical key). The service hotline is used to report repairs, the brand’s after-sales service phone response time and the timeliness of on-site maintenance services are provided
