Mr. Zhou from Hunan has always wanted to build a Chinese-style courtyard. Although his homestead is large enough, he has been unable to find suitable drawings due to terrain constraints.

This is because there is a road to the east of Mr. Zhou\’s house. In order to facilitate entry and exit, it is naturally best to place the entrance on the east side. However, most of the common house plans are designed with the door facing south. If it takes a lot of trouble to change it, it is better to redesign it.

Mr. Zhou was very attracted by the large number of Chinese-style villas in the residential park, so he decided to custom-design a Chinese-style courtyard in the residential park that best suited his needs.

The owner\’s house has a special terrain and is blocked by the road. Therefore, in order to facilitate entry and exit, we enter the house from the left. ​.

North – breeding area. A vegetable plot was excavated and common crops such as tomatoes and peppers were planted, and a chicken shed was designed on one side to start a new pastoral life.

East – multi-functional area. The kitchen and dining area is arranged here, away from the living space, so life is orderly; the double garage design can park two cars; Firewood kitchen design to meet different cooking needs.

South​—reception area. The living room area occupies a large area and integrates the entrance hall, fireplace, and tea tasting area, just to provide a comfortable and perfect living space for the family.

The three bedrooms occupy every corner around the living room, and the suites are carefully designed. The central Buddhist hall is specially designed for the elderly in the family. They sincerely worship Buddha and hope that the family can live a safe and healthy life.

The number of bedrooms on the second floor is the same as that on the first floor. They are all designed as three suites with separate bathrooms and dressing rooms, which greatly improves the convenience and comfort of living.

The living room is in the middle and connects all living rooms; the study room is clean and tidy, so you can study and work quietly here.

The roof garden is full of life interest. When the breeze blows in the evening and the sunset is shining, you can enjoy the scenery and cool off on the terrace with your family. This is how a happy life should be.
