At the same time, both the decoration company and the construction team must sign a detailed contract to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, including the content, construction period, quality standards, payment methods, etc. of the decoration project.

4. Obtaining documents

For residential decoration, you need to apply for a decoration license and other related documents from the property management company. However, when carrying out main demolition and renovation, we must pay attention to the structural safety of the house and avoid dangerous behaviors such as demolishing load-bearing walls.

3. Hydropower Engineering

1. Planning

2. Installation

After the water pipe is installed, a pressure test must be performed to ensure that there is no leakage in the water pipe; the wires in the electrical conduit must be color-coded to facilitate the differentiation of live wires, neutral wires, and ground wires. 4. Waterproofing Project

Waterproofing should be done in areas where water is prone to accumulate, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and balconies. First carry out base treatment on the floor and walls, and then apply waterproof coating, at least 2-3 times.

After the waterproofing project is completed, a closed water test must be conducted for no less than 24 hours. Observe whether there is leakage at the corresponding location downstairs. If leakage is found , timely rework processing.

7. Painting project

1. Base treatment

3. Install the kitchen. Bathroom appliances

Install kitchen stoves, range hoods, disinfection cabinets and other electrical appliances, as well as bathroom water heaters, bathroom heaters and other electrical appliances. During installation, follow the product instructions to ensure safe use.

9. Furniture, home appliances and software. Installation entry
