1. The first step: on-site protection

Mainly protect the stairwell and entrance door . Prevent collisions during subsequent construction.

2. Step 2: Shovel the wall

That is to remove all the original white walls in the house. Then we will make our company’s proprietary wall treasure. Solidify the walls to prevent the house from moisture and alkali later. Then during this period, the wall (non-load-bearing wall) can be demolished and modified according to the construction plan determined with the designer.

Step 3: Change the positioning and installation of water, electricity and equipment.

The equipment here mainly refers to: central air conditioning, purified soft water, fresh air system and intelligent equipment. Need owners and friends to haveFor equipment needs, be sure to be present when the water and electricity are changed and docked together.

The water and electricity renovation is divided into the early stage and the later stage. In the early stage, the main changes are the kitchen, bathroom and balcony areas that need to be tiled, and the cabinets must be installed. It is most important to determine the furniture and bathroom ware in advance. If the changes are not done properly in the early stage, you will have to make changes after the tiling is completed, which will affect the appearance.

Step 4: Plastering and waterproofing

If If there is a new wall, it can be erected at this time and the wall can be plastered at the same time. Then waterproof the kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Generally, the floor is raised by 300mm, and the shower area is raised by 1800mm.

Then a waterproof test is done to check whether the waterproofing is qualified.

Step 5: Laying the tiles

After there is no problem with waterproofing, you can proceed to the fifth step, laying ceramic tiles. Generally, the kitchen and bathroom wall tiles are laid first, and then the dining room floor tiles are laid. If you need marble, you can order the door tiles together. Window sill marble is installed together.

After the tiles are laid and left to dry for a few days, we will perform secondary protection on the house (mainly protecting the guest restaurant and bathroom floors) , this is the fifth step.

Step 6: Carpentry and post-circuit.

Mainly the ceiling of the guest restaurant and some simple shapes. The modification of the ceiling wiring and the positioning and modification of the switch.

Step 7: Oil work

Wall The walls are leveled with mud, leveled with putty, and painted with latex paint. At this point, the basic decoration is completed.
