“We can’t go on like this.” In 2004, I took my wife to Guangzhou to work. However, without education or skills, he could only do manual labor in a hardware factory. The monthly salary of more than 4,000 yuan is only enough to pay rent and maintain basic living expenses.

In 2012, due to the poor performance of the factory, and at this time, my eldest son was born, and the increased expenses made me breathless.

\”How about we go back to our hometown! We can still take care of our elderly parents.\” My wife comforted me, but I felt sad.

When I returned to my familiar hometown, in the first half year, I could only work odd jobs at construction sites. Since I often couldn’t get my wages on time, my family could not make ends meet, so I had no choice but to shamelessly borrow money from each house. .

In 2014, village cadres visited our house many times, and my family was classified as a poor household. Although there is support from the state, getting rid of poverty and becoming rich still requires your own efforts. At the beginning of 2015, I went to the county to learn how to install doors and windows. In addition to subsidizing my family income, I could occasionally buy snacks for my children and new clothes for my parents and wife.

In 2016, village cadres came to my home to promote the preferential loan policy. I thought this was a good opportunity, so I immediately applied for a preferential loan of 50,000 yuan, rented a storefront in the town, and started making doors and windows. Business. Although I leave early and come back late every day, my skills were recognized by everyone and I paid off my debt in the first year. In the following years, he basically earned more than 100,000 yuan every year. Not only did he successfully remove himself from poverty, he was also rated as an entrepreneurial model household by the village.
